job_name : WordPress Daily Post(这个随便写)
out_name : wordpress的用户名
out_pass : 密码
out_url : http://blog链接/xmlrpc.php
out_time : 发送时间,我设的是15,每晚23:20左右会有更新,可以根据这个时间自己设定.
out_blog_id : 空就可以
out_cat_id : 分类的ID,在WP的后台可以查看
