个人投票系统：dPolls"

dPolls是一个基于AJAX的个人投票开放式系统，很清爽的天蓝、米黄、浅绿三色构成了UI的主色调。

登记使用比较简单，可以建立各式各样的投票表决项目，可以公开或者仅设置许可会员参与投票，还能"Place in Your Site"发布到你的个人网页上去（这样可以省下不少Blog平台的Poll插件了 ^_^）。而且每一个投票表决项都可以设定时限和参与票数，蛮体贴的，允许在投票过程中自由编辑你已经发布的项目。

唯一的遗憾，不支持任何中文项目，不知道开发组会不会解决这个语言问题。

找到一个可以替代ghs.google.com的地址
