There are so many ways to earn money on the internet some ways are real others maybe scams. I don't know too much about other programs but I know this one works for me.
You can earn money with the free program but I think the upgrade is well worth it. If you work hard and have people to refer you will make that back in no time at all. More ads and more money for referrals.

This is what I do in the morning I click onto the website. When you finish up the 400 ads they give you there are about 50 new ads a day. (They don't all come at once) so refresh throughout the day. Anyways I bring up the site click on an ad go do something come back click on another and so on. I don't even look at the ads. I have a cell phone where I can log on to the site that helps too so while I'm at work or away I can still click.

I have been using click sense for a little while now and I have earned a fair amount of money but it takes time to do.
When you first sign up for free there will be about 100 ads to click on if you upgrade for the 10.00 there will be about 400 ads they say they range from .01-5.00 but it's mainly .01-.05 ads I have gotten a couple of dollar ones. There is a game too you click on squares and it brings you to an ad, you can win money on that too, but I don't play that often so I can't really tell you how well that works.
There are new ads every day.
