Organize your loan proposal so it makes sense, flows well when banks and investors read it, and so sections can be taken out for copies and further review.
COVER PAGE
This page will simply have the title of your project, your contact information, and some graphic design work to help capture the attention of your readers at first.
Open up a blank word processing document on your computer and start writing your outline for the proposal.
PROJECT PARTNERS
These pages will have biographies and photos of the partners/companies in the deal. A short introduction and previous experience is good here, but don't include past project details - those will come later. This should be a short section.
Take 5 minutes and do nothing. Clear your head and rest because the next steps will take some brain power.
PROJECT NAME COVER
This will intro the reader into the meat of the proposal.
DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT
This section will include mostly photos or renderings of the project's overall concept and design. Don't put any floor plans of the actual project, but instead use photos of final or similar styled developments and lifestyle photos (people within your demographic interacting in a similar way you imagine will happen at this development). This section is usually called the "fluff" of the loan proposal, but is very necessary to initially portray the scope. Put verbage in with the photos to help keep the reader interested in your specific project instead of simply the "fluff". The project partners and development concept section should be able to be removed - most banks will not need this again for reviewing your loan request.
