Guide to cleaning fabric ducting
Use normal detergent. No special detergent is required, just normal washing powder
The textile systems can be washed in a large washing machine
The ducts can be unzipped in sections of between 5 and 10m, and slid off the suspension.
The PVC coated ducts can be wiped down with a damp cloth, and vacuum any deposits from inside the duct.
The recommendation is minimum 12 litre water pr kg low impulse system—or
1 kg system to 12 litre water that is a low filling
In praxis some Laundries fill their machines 80 % of the volume. We
recommend a max filling of 50% of the volume
Laundries shall consider that low impulse systems are not dirty spot wise
like working clothes but contain a lot of dirt
evenly distributed inside the system. If the filling is high nice looking
systems will look awful after wash due to the
miscoloring that will take place
The duct needs to be dried either at very low temperature (max 60 degrees c outgoing air) in a tumble drier, or drip dried
