A meeting consists of two or more people gathering at an agreed-upon location to discuss similar ideas. The location can be a physical one or perhaps a meeting room online. It's also possible to utilize videoconferencing. Often, individuals have a hard time getting people to attend meetings. The key is giving those you wish to attend plenty of time to adjust their schedules, but not so much time that they forget about the meeting.
Peel the paper backing off the magnetic pieces to expose the adhesive. Stick each strip onto a neon note card. You have just made neon magnet reminders that your attendees can place on their refrigerators or other spots that they can see easily. Distribute the magnets.
Cut one-inch pieces of magnetic tape; one piece for each neon note card.
Call the individuals you wish to attend the meeting. Let each individual know the purpose of the meeting and the date, time and location of the meeting. Call back the day before the meeting as a reminder.
Write the name of the meeting and the date, time and location on the neon 3 x 5 cards.
Email the individuals you would like to come to your meeting. You do not need to make the email flashy or gaudy. If you do, the individuals may mistake it for spam and delete it. Keep it simple. State the purpose of the meeting and the date, time and location.
