Many state governments are making good use of tire taxes by awarding those groups and individuals who make good use of the tires in a recyclable project. Some of the money will go to the cities to help rebuild road, some will go to playgrounds, while other grant money will go to groups with original ideas. In most cases the project will need to be something that will value to or help the community.
