Grants will not require any fee's: Such things as hiring grant writers and grant proposal writers are optional not required. They are services that can help you complete the application process, yet they are also not require. You can fill out all the paper work for a grant on your own.
Don't give out personal information on capture pages. There are many websites that claim to give you information on grants and funding available if you give them your personal information such as account numbers, social security numbers and more.
Grants are awarded to people who meet certain criteria, not to people who have the best application and proposal letter, or people who are the best tax payers, government grant funding is provided to people that are qualified by the grant criteria set.
Be suspicious of any calls or letters from the government offering free grant money: The government will never call you or send offers in the mail of grants that you qualify for. So be sure that when your looking for a grant that you avoid the grants looking for you.
