Don't throw away your old HP inkjet printer cartridges! Recycle them instead. The HP Planet Partners program makes recycling HP inkjet printer cartridges easy, and it's free!
To ensure that your inkjet cartridges are returnable, check the list of Non-returnable HP supplies by clicking "View non-returnable supplies."
At the bottom of the Supplies Recycling page, select "Get HP inkjet shipping materials."
Once you've verified that your inkjet cartridges are returnable, select the shipping method you prefer. Choose either to print out a prepaid UPS shipping label or order a prepaid USPS mailing envelope.
Access the HP Planet Partners Recycling Program page, select your country and click "go."
If shipping by UPS, print out prepaid label, properly package your inkjet cartridges and drop at any UPS shipping location or give to any UPS delivery driver. If sending by USPS, package and mail once the prepaid mailing envelope arrives.
Fill in the cartridge quantity and address information requested.
